Product Description

IMDM（Iscove's Modified Dulbecco's Medium）培养基是营养成份含量极丰富的合成培养基，用于高密度细胞的快速增殖培养。可用于培养Jurkat, COS-7, 巨噬细胞等细胞

IMDM培养基是 DMEM的改进型，其中含有其他氨基酸、维生素、硒和 HEPES 缓冲剂，并使用硝酸钾代替硝酸铁。不含α-硫代甘油和2-巯基乙醇，培养特定细胞时可能需要添加白蛋白和转铁蛋白或胰岛素。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配制。
