Product Description

本品采用微生物发酵表达而获得的高纯度、高比活重组胰蛋白酶作为主要原料，通过无菌过滤配制而成的细胞消化液，产品中不使用任何含动物源的原料，产品受外源病毒污染的风险极低，具有极高的生物安全性，可完全代替猪源或牛源胰蛋白酶（Trypsin）在生物工程各个领域中的应用，特别是重组蛋白、疫苗制品生产过程中的哺乳动物细胞的消化，同时无需使用胰蛋白酶抑制剂来中和细胞消化后残留在培养基里的微量酶活。由于本产品消化能力较温和，因此建议用于低血清或者无血清环境下弱贴壁细胞以及干细胞在传代过程中的消化，而不建议用于在含10%血清环境下生长的贴壁细胞的传代消化。对于这类强贴壁细胞，建议使用华体平台提供的定制化重组胰酶产品（X342JV，X342KJ）

其主要用途有：

1. 用于疫苗生产过程中一些贴壁宿主细胞如VERO、293细胞的消化；

2. 低血清或者无血清环境下弱贴壁细胞以及干细胞在传代过程中的消化；

3. 重组蛋白生产过程中贴壁CHO细胞的消化。

与传统胰酶相比具有如下优势：

1. 可应用于含血清和无血清培养基，适用于多种细胞；

2. 稳定，可以在冷藏环境下（2~ 8 ℃）长期使用保存；

3. 温和，对细胞损伤最小；

4. 细胞传代后，无需额外添加胰蛋白酶抑制剂中和，用培养液稀释后即可；

5. 消化后细胞形态和增值能力恢复良好，可以得到形态均一的单细胞悬液。

本产品使用注射用水（Water-For-Injection）配置。
