Product Description

Dispase是一种中性、快速反应、温和的氨基内肽酶，可水解非极性氨基酸残基的N端肽键，该序列常见于胶原蛋白。Dispase具有温和的蛋白水解作用，在生理温度和pH值条件下具有良好的解离能力，通常可维持细胞膜完整性。Dispase可用于原代细胞的分离和常规传代。比如使用Dispase能将表皮从真皮中完整分离，还能将培养的上皮细胞从基质中完整分离出来。其可分裂基底膜区，使上皮细胞保持完整。

本产品供科学研究和生产使用，用于组织和细胞的体外培养。
